Pop Up or Popup ads

If your "Pop Up" blocker did not stop it, a Pop Up ad just loaded into a new web browser underneath this active window. Even though your pop up blocker may have stopped it, it is still a very good means of advertising. Many people do not have a pop up or pop under blocker installed on their browser.

Even though the pop under or pop up ads are irritating to some people, many major publishers such as CNN.com and The Wall Street Journal still use them.

If there are more than one advertiser advertising on this ad spot, it will rotate the ads. Only one of those ads will show per your visit. The Super Smart Ads script drops a cookie to tell the web browser not to allow the pop up to happen again during your visit to that page.

Below are some screen shots of the forms you will be filling out. Here the Publisher has indicated that the advertiser can use any size of pop up that tfhey want to. The screen will automaticly resize to the ads size.

In the next screen shot, you will notic that the publisher has indicated what size limit they will allow the pop up to be.

Advertisers

An advertiser can chose to use a click thru URL to any website, video, or affiliate link. You may also choose to run Pop under ads on multiple websites at the same time.

Here are a few tips to help you increase your offer's response rate:

  • Your headline should be powerful and demand attention
  • Enlarge your headline's font size
  • Include your offer's most important benefits within your headline
  • Use incentives to increase your offer's response rate
  • Keep your message short and to the point
  • Ask your visitors to take action

In the next image you will notice that there are no dimensions stated. That means that you, the advertiser, can use full page ads if you like.

If the Publisher has decided that the pop Under ad should be only a specific size, then it will show the size in the following areas of the red arrows. You can use ony that size of popup or below.

Run Of Network (RON) Popup ads

If you want to run a Pop Up ad in the RON, it will have to be Cost Per Click or a Cost Per Impression ad.
